Nuggets will have one player returning for game two with Warriors

While Nuggets Nation reels from the 22 point thrashing the Warriors unleashed in game one, Michael Malone will be getting back one of his pieces for Monday night’s game two.
No, not Jamal Murray or Michael Porter, Junior. At least, not yet. But rather Facundo Campazzo, who was suspended for game one following his shove of Lakers guard Wayne Ellington in the regular season finale.
While Campazzo’s 5.1 points and 3.4 assists per game wouldn’t appear to make a major difference against the Warriors, could his abilities as an irritant possibly get under the skin of Steph Curry, Klay Thompson or Jordan Poole? Considering the trio of Golden State guards scored 65 of the Warriors’ 123 points in game one, anything Denver can throw out differently at the high-octane offense could help.
How much the polarizing guard from Argentina will play remains to be seen, but he certainly has the confidence of his coach. Following the suspension, Malone said Campazzo is “definitely a guy that we can throw in into any series and trust.”
