CISV is 100% volunteer run in our chapter. Each summer we host one international program which requires many volunteers. Opportunities include: hosting for homestays, transporting delegates to camp, supporting set up and clean up, providing food and coordinating activities. To learn more about upcoming needs, contact
Donations to CISV Rocky Mountain Denver help fund the camps we host in Denver, provide scholarships for youth to participate in our programs, train leaders for our educational programs and cover operations for our volunteer-run chapter. In-kind donations for group meals and camp supplies are also a great way to contribute. Each donation level includes the annual membership fee of $100.

Become a Member of CISV RMD! Membership entitles you to:
  • participate in local activities and events including mini-camps
  • participate on the Adult Board and Junior Branch board

  • keep our chapter running strong!
  • NOTE: Membership must be current when applying for a travel program as a leader or a delegate.
Become an Adult Board Member or Committee Member
Adult board members are required to serve on the board for 1-2 years, depending on position. Terms begin in September and follow the school year calendar. Adult board members attend board meetings once a month and perform all required responsibilities of their position. All interested adult board members must be at least 21 years of age. Committee members assist with local camp planning and social activities. Committee members commit to a committee for 6-8 months, dependent on committee. Committees meet when necessary and perform all required responsibilities of their position. We currently offer five primary working groups in 1) Finance, 2) Planning, 3) Recruiting, 4) Hosting, and 5) Social. Please contact to let us know in what area you would like to help.
