Shedeur Sanders to visit two teams atop NFL Draft

Shedeur Sanders has two upcoming top-30 visits scheduled with the Cleveland Browns and New York Giants, he said in a vlog made by his brother Deion Sanders Jr.
The former Colorado Buffaloes star quarterback is one of the top prospects at his position in this spring’s NFL Draft. The Browns select second and the Giants third and both teams are likely looking for a quarterback this offseason.
“That’s the only two right now,” Shedeur says in a Well Off Media YouTube video.
Sanders already met with the Tennessee Titans, who hold the first pick as well as the Giants and Browns at the Shrine Bowl. The Nashville-based franchise is also in need of a gunslinger.
Sanders, 23, like fellow top quarterback prospect Cam Ward, 22, started his career at the lower levels of college football. Sanders began his career at Jackson State and Ward Incarnate Word. Last year the two excelled at Colorado and Miami. Some think Sanders might be the best quarterback in his class but the odds of him going first in the NFL Draft have been slipping since the college football season ended with many now favoring Ward above him.
Though like Travis Hunter, who ESPN mocked at No. 1 on Tuesday, Ward and Sanders are tight. So it wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world for Sanders to see his friends thrive while maybe ending up in a better situation for himself like New York. Sanders seemed down to go to the Giants, wearing red and blue cleats before his final college game. There has been some buzz about Sanders not wanting to go to Cleveland but the Browns GM said last month he’s not worried about that possibility.
Sanders was the Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year following an awesome season where he ranked in the top 10 nationally in completion percentage (74%), passing yards (4,134) and touchdowns (37) while breaking Colorado school records for passing touchdowns, passing yards, consecutive games with a touchdown pass, quarterback rating and completion percentage. Ward got a trip to New York as a Heisman finalist for his stellar season of a nation-leading 39 touchdown passes while throwing for 4,313 yards on a 67.2% completion rate. The Incarnate Word transfer turned Washington State transfer led Miami to a 10-3 season and a trip to the Pop Tarts Bowl.
